As a Sales/Account Representative, you will focus on building and maintaining relationships with small to large customers within your designated territory to procure recyclable materials. This role involves both new business development and account management, with an entrepreneurial approach where you can treat your territory as your own business. We’re looking for a results-driven, self-motivated professional who thrives in a dynamic, customer-focused environment.
CDL-A Overnight Driver
Millstadt, IL
We are looking for dependable drivers to join our Team to help us “Recycle Today for a Greener Tomorrow”!
- Night Route with a 4-Day Work Week
- Opportunity to average $33+ with OT and performance-based bonuses
- Away from home 2 nights per week. The company covers hotel accommodations and per diem.
Class B Driver Indianapolis
We are looking for dependable drivers to join our team to help us “Recycle Today for a Greener Tomorrow”! **Must have 3 Years CDL B experience to apply**
- Opportunity to average $26+/hour with performance bonuses and overtime!
- 50+ Hours Per Week, Average $1,350 – $1650 Weekly Gross
- Home 7 Nights a Week
- Run assigned route completing service for our customers

Receptionist
Millstadt, IL
We are seeking a professional individual for a full-time receptionist position who would like to join our team. Hours are Monday – Friday 8am – 4pm.
- Handling a multi-line phone system
- Answering & transferring calls in a prompt & professional manner
- Perform basic office duties: filing, making copies, scanning, faxing
- Data processing
- Assisting other department managers
- Maintain a regular and reliable level of attendance
- Keep work area and lobby clean

- Be able to lift 30 lbs.
- Basic office duties – filing, making copies, scanning, faxing, etc.
- Experience handling multi-line phone system
- Receptionist/secretarial experience preferred
- Bilingual preferred
- Experience with DOT e-logs & regulations for truck drivers
- Must be able to multi-task
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check
- Must be able to pass a DOT drug screening
Plant Labor
- Must be able to lift 75+ lbs.
- Knowledge of tractor trailers
- Washing/detailing truck experience encouraged
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check
- Must be able to pass a DOT drug screening
